Can anyone with a manual tell me how to replace the flasher on an Intrigue? My turn and hazard signals don't always work.

I understand the flasher is behind the hazard button, to the left of the center vent. Is the correct procedure to remove the center vent, or to go from underneath the dash? If it is to go through the vent, can anyone tell me exactly how to remove it?

Thanks.

On the Alero, the center vent pops out when you put two thin screwdrivers under it to release a pair of tabs. The instrument cluster must also be removed. Then the hazard switch is accessible. The Intrigue is probably about the same. There is a Service Bulletin out for the Alero that shows a picture, it might help. PM me with your email and I'll send it if you want it. Or, your GM dealer may show it to you, it's SB 04098A, issued Jan 2006.
