The relay has been changed and I even bench tested it.The pump was checked with a small battery and it OK,with only 32000miles on it shouldn't be a problem.My temporary solution is a squirt of JIG A LOO in the ignition lock,the product is like WD-40.Odd as it may sound the fuel pump starts to pump[prime] and of course the car will start.It seems to be a power issue as something is going on inside the relay.The sound resembles a computer making an internet connection on a phone line [dial up].
