Still a long crank time

    </TD></TR></T></TABLE>I have a 91 cutlas ceria V6 with just 75k on it. It takes forever and a day for the engine to catch when turning over. the garage replace the crank valve and the computer board and just recently checked the fuel pump. any more ideas?????

    The starter solenoid is a switch that enables the starter to operate. Try to change it.

    How will changing the solenoid help? The starter is already turning the engine over, so the solenoid is working fine, unless I''m missing something?


    I would check the plugs, fuel pressure at the rail, and make sure the injectors are clean.
