Windshield wiper constantly running

My girlfriend has an Dynamic -59.She had some problems now and then that the windshield wipers stops running.Yesterday when she tried it again they runs alll the time.Any ideas anyone?

It could be a short in the switch. I had that with an '06 Dodge Magnum once. Check the switch (my guess)
