My ''98 has 165000 miles on it and it has given me excellent service all those miles. Yesterday after filling up with gas, it would not fire unless I kept my foot on the accelerator a little. It runs fine as long as I keep the RPM above 600. No lights, no unusal problems or noises. I have to make sure when I am slowing down to watch the RPM and keep my foot slightly on the pedal and keep the RPM up. If, no matter what my speed, I lift my foot off, the RPMs will drop to 0 and the car will shut off. Anyone have any solutions?
