I have hooked up an alarm to my '01 Intruige. It is a Crimeguard AL100C and works with the factory keyless entry & its remotes.

Be very carefull with the hookup of any system that hooks to these cars, as it is very easy to hook up to the wrong wire and blow out the body controll module. The install is best handled by a pro as blowing out a BCM can be a $1k mistake. I was lucky, a friend of mine is an intaller and I have a copy of the factory service manual for my car. Even at that, we planned for 2 evenings before even touching the car.
