Default Intrigue has no turn signals/hazard light

I just purchased a 2000 Intrigue and of the turn signals only the left front will light, but it will not blink. The hazards do absolutely nothing. I checked the right front bulb and it has 12 volts until I install the bulb and then the voltage goes to zero. The indicators on the dash do not light at all. Any ideas?

I know there was a recall on the hazard light switchs for the Aleros of that year, but I don't know if the Intrigue used the same part number switch. Check for that first.

Otherwise, it could be the multifunction switch. Also, voltage at the bulb until it is installed sounds like a wire/connector corrosion problem preventing current flow.
