I have a 2001 olds intrigue. To the right of the engine is a little black cylinder-shaped plastic mechanism, with metal under it, etc. When the air conditioner is running, a ticking type noise seems to be coming from this device, and I am wondering what this thing is, so I can see about repairing it.
