lately sometimes when I start my car, I get the following warning lights:
"service vehicle soon", "anti-lock", "pcs", "trac off".. shutting off and re-starting makes it go away. OBD-II has no codes stored or pending. Ideas?

I have a 54,000 mile '02 GL with the Service Engine, ABS, and Trac Off lights on as well. I don't have the PCS option. It was an intermittent problem for just a short time, now they are lit all the time. I am told the likely culprit is a wheel speed sensor. I haven't repaired mine yet, but be aware that if you have a GM dealer diagnose and replace this part with a GM replacement bearing/wheel speed sensor assembly (it's all one piece), this job will probably cost you $600 to $700 - maybe more. A reputable shop with the proper diagnostic equipment should be able to perform the repair using a quality aftermarket part, at less than half the dealer price. Note: I've read that </span>Chinese manufactured bearing assemblies aren't very durable and may be prone to early failure. Apparently Korean made units use U.S. manufactured bearing assemblies and have been trouble free.</span>
