1991 cutlass supreme convertible
Hello My name is Ben from SC. Im new here. Glad i found this site. I have a 91 cutlass supreme convertible that is my wifes car. Her toy. We bought it from the original owner with 55k on it last winter. It is(was) a cremepuff garaged its whole life! Now the bad begins! Why im here is my wife forgot to latch the roof the other morning and you know what happened next! Im getting mixed messages on used parts. Im looking for a whole new top lift as hers is broken both the rear arms and slightly twisted. Ive got up and latched and no glass broke. Can anyone tell me if later top lifts 92-95? will fit this car? Im going to replace the top too since it was getting frail. The GM dealer says 90-91 have different parts #s but thats all he can confirm. Thanks for any replies or help in finding the parts. Yes i know this is an expensive mistake. My Wife is just sick over it. This car was something we had both liked since they were new but we couldnt afford one then. Thanks again Im of too start searching.
