Car acts like it wants to cut off but doesn’t
 

I have a 2004 Oldsmobile alero that acts like it wants to cut off at a stop light or in reverse but doesn’t , and it neautral it’s fine , there isn’t any check engine light but I changed the spark plugs and the coil and when you hook it’ up at autozone it shows a misfire but doesn’t say which one.

Hi Hanna, sounds like your Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) might be getting ready to fail. I have a question. When you say it acts like it wants to cut off but it doesn't, do you mean that the engine is pulsating, similar to fast/slow idling (speeds up/slows down)? Check your TPS.
