Hey everyone, i just joined this forum because about a month and a half ago, my mom bought me my first car. a 2000 olds alero 2 door 6cylinder. i'm 18 and from MD.

 

Welcome wecameasromans! I also have an Alero, 4 door 2001 though.
(I think we came as Spaniards in 1492, though.)

 

Yeah, i would have to say you win that one. But we came as romans is a sick band. Hardcore/metal. not what i would call mainstream.. Lol.

And how do you like your alero? i have the 3.4l v6. It guzzles gas. But it's such a smooth ride. and a spacious back seat. haha.

 

My Alero is great, but my mileage is about 18mpg because I do all city driving. When I did a lot of highway, I got 28 or 29mpg all the time. I also have the 3.4.

 

yeah. I do mostly city driving too, when i go to school i get a little highway, but not enough to make it not suck. Lol.
