An introduction of sorts
Hello,
As many people do, I have lurked here as a guest seeking answers to the questions that trouble me. I'm not the type to chime in very often, but, I felt I had to on this one. Yesterday you guys saved me a day of pointless troubleshooting with a small detail I found in a post and I wanted to say THANKS......
94 cutless ceirea, ABS light came on and would not reset. I read some threads on the ABS system, I was going to ohm out the sensors and wires ect. It would have been a day of crawling around under the car, ya hoo! In one of the posts I found a comment, on certain models the ABS light can come on if the center brake light is burned out. This is in fact what was wrong with this car. I could have spent hours troubleshooting and not found this one. You guys saved me big time.
Thanks again, I will be back as I have 2 family members with olds cars and some how I have been designated the GM guy in the family.
