Wuttup fellas my name is thizzrx aka terik. I just sold a turbocharged CRX and picked up a 78 Cutlass Supreme Brougham for $1200. I have own a Cutlass once before it was an 86 with hydros. Now I have this cutty with 80k miles on the 260 V8. It runs ok but has valve train noise. So instead of wasting money on doin heads on that engine I am lookin for a 455 right now. They are suprisingly cheap around here...about $400-550 with trannys. My 1st question is will I have to shorten the drive shaft if I use the Olds 455 with a th400 and secondly willAttachment 1012 only stock 455 exhaust manifolds will work on this platform.
