whats up every one.my name is jerry.i'am helping my friend build his 81'cutlass.he is only 14 and this is his first car.we plan to put a 350 chevy with a 5 speed trany in it.we would build the olds 350 in it,but we are on a poor mans budget.my car is a 86'monte carlo ss.with a 496 stroker big block in it.the motor has 13to1 compression and aluminum heads,all 4340 forged crank,and h beam rods.no trany yet,i have a fab9 bolt in rear housing and 35 spline axles and 4:30 gears with a true trac locker.here is pic's of my car.

 

I'm also about to take the 307 out of my 84 cutlass supreme and wanna put a 350 in it... only problem is i have NO IDEA what i'm doing haha

 

i believe you just need to change the motor mounts and the trany bellhousing is different.
