Well my name is Bill Burgess and I am a new member. I am new to to the Oldsmobile world and I recently bought a 1967 442 that I am going to put back on the street. the body does not have very much rust on it and the only rust on the car is in the trunk gutter by the lock and on the hood lip along with the front floor boards The car came from the state of Oregon and was suppose to have been in a garage (Barn) for the last 20 years or so! My 1967 400 engine is in the machine shop being rebuilt right now and I also picked up a rebuilt 1967 Muncie wide ratio 4 speed for it and I already had the front seats recovered and the back seat is OK. I will also be putting in a new headliner and seals.I will post more as the project progresses!
