Hello up there!
Wondering if anyone has had much to do with the suspension on a 1959 Ninety Eight coupe which I have. In particular the shocks (front and rear). Rear leaf spring shackle bushings, stabalizer end kits also. I have been looking at USApartsupply, Fusick and Kanter. I just want to make the car safer for the family outings as its not a race car set-up. I see Kanter have the super heavy duty rear shocks as well as coil -overs and air-adjustables. I am quite happy with the stance of the vehicle as she rides fairly level (and rides a little sloppy) but with a few bodies in the back seat she boggs down a bit in the rear and rides high at the front. Can anyone please give me your ideas/experiences with the different companies' shocks? Good/Bad/Indifferent would help. I just love the old tank ride and do not want to get too far away from that by getting stiff suspension. I've already got that on a 1976 Holden Panelvan. Thanks. Dawso.
