My check engine light has been going on and off. I scanned it and this is what I got:

Code T075
<st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Transmission</st1:PlaceName> <st1:Place w:st="on">Range</st1:place></st1:place> sensor (circuit) Anyone know where this is/what it does?
I have called multiple parts starts, including the olds dealer, and although some have heard of the part, they can't tell me what it does, nor do they carry the part.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I dont know what yr your car is, the 98, but if it has a Trans' Range Sensor code it should have a power-train ECM/PCM under the hood. I think the "circuit" will be inside of that. Good Luck! your best bet will probably be to get another 1 from a salvage yd. and replace the whole box rather than try to repair a circuit.

Thank you for the reply.

It's a 1994 Oldsmobile, model ninety-eight. So, this Transmission <st1:Place w:st="on">Range</st1:Place> sensor (circuit) is under the hood? Any ideas of it's exact location?

Could this be the cause of intermittent stalling problems?</DIV>
