I'm looking for the center rubber horn shroud for a 1976 (?) Cutlass Steering wheel in Black. Mine was blue and I painted it black, but the paint hasn't dried and it's been 2 months!

That's no 76 wheel that I ever saw. It ALMOST looks like a 77, but then again not quite. What's up with that wheel?

 

The wheel was a gift, so I'm not sure exactly where it's from. This was back in the 1980's, and I thought I remembered my friend saying it was from a 1986 Cutlass. When I got it it was blue, with fake wood grain in the middle of the rim. I cut it down and painted it black for my "Knight Rider" type steering wheel. The center horn shroud is mostly rubber, but the top edges are metal. The center of it held the Oldsmobile logo.
I'd love to find out exactly what year and model this came from. The person who gave it to me passed away a long time ago.
