DIC outdoor temperature not accurate
 

I recently bought a 2004 Silhouette and the temperature reading on the overhead console is not correct. Everything else works fine. I have a 2001 so I tried switching the temperature sensor but was no different. I also tried swapping the whole overhead unit and still no different. Any ideas? Could it be a wiring issue?
