silhouette engine swap

I want to put the 3.4 liter from a 1996 into a 1995 that had the 3800. Is this a direct swap? What else do I need to change? Transmission, computer? I need to know rather quickly if this is a direct swap. Also is the rest of the driveline the same? I would appreciate any info. Thanks.
