Hello!


I just joined the forum and wanted to say hello and mention that after rewiring a 1987 Toronado and completely dismantling a 1987 Olds Toro parts car that had been wrecked in the front passenger side (but that only had 56000 original miles), I am going to have a lot of good parts available for sale including a complete engine transaxle assembly with all parts attached (alternator,ignition, A/C compressor etc), andthe ECM. Well I should say it's possibly for sale as I may decide to keep it because of the low mileage, and an original set of alloy wheels with a new set of locks from the dealership, all kinds of trim and lights, chassis parts etc.


Also, in rebuilding my car, I've become quite knowledgable on troubleshooting electrical and BCM problems if anyone ever needs help with that. I have mostly parts for an '87, but I have two instrument panel clusters for an '89 and a BCM and ECM for both years and some other electrical parts including a remote cassette for an '89 in a console insert assembly, and an electronic climate control. I am looking for 2 door panels and 2 front seats for a 1989 olds toronado trofeo. If you know where I can get these please let me know. Thanks.

 

I have a Trofeo with mostly intact front seats. They are not busted up but have the usual smlal rips and tears. If you are interestd I''ll take detailed pics and send them to you.

I just found an old post of your...I have a 87 Toro with the voice alert system. The previous owner unplugged it and can't remember where. Where is this thing???

 

I'm looking for a cps for my 88 toronado. My dash flicker on an off stating a lighting problem I also need a neutral safety switch. An my gas gauge an other gauge right next to it don't light up bright. As the other ones do.
