Default Driveline vibration

I've had my 69 442 for about 10 years now. Since I've owned it, there has been a driveline vibration that occurs around 65 MPH, through the steering wheel - It feels like it's coming from the passenger side front tire. And it's there pronounced and steady from 65 and above. I've replaces tires and also used new rims - no difference. I've also replaced all the front end parts (sway bar bushings, ball joints, links, everything even new rotors, calipers, wheel bearings and all). I also replaced the drive shaft, rebuilt the rear end (it's an O - limited slip) as well as had the transmission rebuilt (M-20). Of course new center-force clutch, harmonic balancer, rear wheel bearings, rag joint, steering box.... All to no avail. The vibration persists. Nothing seemed to change it. It DOES matter if you are accelerating or if you are coasting - that changes the intensity of the vibration coming from the steering wheel. The vibration IS there if you are at speed and disengage the tranny (push in the clutch - take it out of gear). Any ideas (other than tires or rims as I'm certain it's not those). BTW - the motor runs smooth - no misses or vibrations.
