Recently bought a 1970 442 with a 455 in it. The car was rebuilt and the previous own installed dual holley carbs on an edelbrock intake. It has the W-25 hood so I'm considering going back to stock carb on a new intake. I'd like to match it back up with the W-25 hood. Anyone have suggestions for edelbrock intake and quadrajet carb to fit. Elevation here in Wyoming is 4600 feet.
Any help would be much appreciated. Looking for a 70 442 convertible

 

Really? No one replied to you? That’s unfortunate. But I’ve just rejoined this forum from years ago. Funny that I just happen to own a ‘70 442 convertible. Currently undergoing a mini-resto.

You should seek seek an original intake manifold and Quadra jet. Shouldn’t be too difficult. You won’t get a huge amount of performance from other after-market products.
