I have heard from a very reliable, well known 442 restorer that Ron Memmer sends his top grade NOS 442 parts overseas for a much higher profit, and leaves the second rate NOS parts for us American restorers. That reminds me of the 1980's when the Japanese were buying up the top Muscle cars and shipping them out of the country. I say BOYCOTT Ron's Classic Cutlass!

 

I bought a pair of 442 fenders from that Ron guy after listening to him for 20 minutes brag about what an expert he is. They were the wrong ones. Cost me a lot in freight.
