2001 Alero 2.4L Twin Cam Engine Light ticking Noise

Listen the noise on idle, when the RPM are higher, you can still hear it in the background (light ticking). When the car is cold, the noise is gone. The noise will come at normal operating temperature.
Car drives great, no idle, no leaks, or any performance issues.
I just drained the oil and put 10W-40 full synthetic mobile one in it, but that didn't change anything. The ticking is light noise, the video makes it louder.
