Hey there!

I need some help locating my MAP sensor on my 2003 alero 3400 v6. I am installing a jet chip PCM and need to wirethe system to my map sensor (light green wire) is supposed to be located on the top right side of the engine (i assume this is between the engine and the master cylinder. I was able to find a sensor, but I am not 100$ sure if I found the right one.

Does the MAP sensor have 3 or 4 wires? If it is 4 wires, are 2 of the 4 wires green? 1 being green with black stripe, the other a lighter green with white stipe.

Also, I installed a mass air flow sensor, how do I know that it is working correctly? Should the car sound like it is chugging or gasping for air?

Does anyone else have experience with JET CHIPS? Should your car go from idle of about 800 rpm to 1500/1900 rpm when turned on?
