I have a 2003 Alero, 106,000 miles, recently the low speeds on the fan blower stopped working, the 2 fastest speeds still work. Any ideas as to what the problem may be, anyone have a similar problem? I think that I checked all the fuses and relays related to the fan blower, did I miss something?

Most likely it's a bad blower motor resistor, a very common problem. Fortunately the part is not very expensive, but I hear it's a pain to reach. Search for "blower motor resistor", you'll find some threads on it.
