Default Interior lights

I'd like to replace the courtesy lights in my 2003 Alero with LED coloured-lights. The lights I'm talking about are: on the driver;'s and passenger's floor,in the middle( Why is this one on all the time ? ),and the glove compartment.
How do I get them out ,first of all ? Can I do the same kind of replacement with the roof lights and the lights in the rear-view mirror( map-reading lights) ?

They make LEDs for everylight with resistors built in. I'm not sure about the lights in the floor wells, I don't have them. They are probably 194 bulbs but I'm not for sure.

I'd like to take out the interior lights altogether (or at least the one in the middle/roof) ... it constantly rattles when I'm driving ... we've even glued the entire piece to the room (to make sure its in) but yet, it rattles ...
Guess that's what happens after 140 db's ...
