Miles vs Km

Miles vs Km
I have a 99 Alero with 2.4 at, Day went to start it and I saw that it witched from miles to Km on the Odometer and the Tachometer started jumping from 0 to 7 ans turn the motor it still jumping from 0 to 3 need some help there thank to all Roman
