Plastic strange rod on the windshield

Plastic strange rod on the windshield

I have in upper right corner of windshield more or less 10cm long, horizontal plastic rod. I can see some wirings connected to it but I have no idea what it is? Do you know?

Could be a cell phone booster. Does it have any names on it?

There is no any name on it. In the car is no cellphone connector. Maybe it is keyless entry antenna?

I have a 99 and I don't have that in my car and I bought it new. Are you the 1st owner of this car?

Its definaly not from the factory. Its a aftermarket something.

It could be keyless enty but I have no idea.
