Rims!!!

Default Rims!!!

i got a 2004 Olds Alero that came with stock 15'' steelies with hubcaps.... and i was wondering if the stock chrome 16'' rims will fit on my car

i want to replace my 15'' steelies with these

would it work or will i have a issue??

Yes, they should. As long as the tires on the rims are to original factory size specs, it shouldn't throw off your ABS or speedometer. I say buy 'em, bolt 'em and ENJOY! they're NIIICE looking.

I have those exact rims on my Alero. They will fit your car just fine. One thing to be aware of however, is the aluminum casting GM used was porous, and they will leak air faster than your stock steel rims. I check mine about every two weeks, and almost always have to add 3-5 psi. One of mine leaks more than the others, maybe you will get four good ones.

One solution is to remove the tires, thoroughly clean the rims, and apply a thin coat of silicone to the inside. After it dries, remount the tires, and your leak should be gone, or greatly reduced. There is a GM service bulletin about doing that, but I don't have the number handy.
