I have a 2004 alero. don't know much about cars so I have no idea what kind of engine. its a 4 cylinder. anyway, it wouldstart and die right away. finally got it started and drove fine, but none of the indicators or radio would work. when i parked it, it hasn't stayed running since. had it towed to mechanic, he so far has no clue.it will just start and die within seconds. all the dash lights come on when trying to start it, but the the gas gauge or none of the indicators move.

IF YOUR MECHANIC HASNT FOUND THE PROBLEM BY MONDAY PM GET A NEW MECHANIC. A MECHANIC THAT GUESSES ONLY TAKES MONEY. DONT WAIT UNTIL THE BILL IS OUT OF SIGHT. SORRY I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE THE KIND OF PROBLEM YOU HAVE. GOOD LUCK.
