Does anyone know how to remove the radio/cd player in a 1996 Bravada??

All others I have ever taken out had a small hole on either side that you could make a tool / insert to release the radio. I don't see any holes on this one and I believe this is stock eq. Only two right front speakers are working so might have to pull this after I check all of the speakers.
