Hi. I have a '97 Aurora and my blinkers have stopped working. The lights illuminate but do not flash, nor is there any sound. I'm pretty confident it is the flasher unit, but have no idea where it is located. Checked manual and internet and came up dry for the Aurora. Anyone know?

Also, what would be a good resource online for buying the part, rather than going thru the dealer. Thanks!

THERE ARE 3 FUSE PANELS. TWO ARE LOCATED UNDER THE REAR SEAT. TO ACCESS THESE PANELS YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE REAR SEAT. THIS IS A SIMPLE MATTER. SIMPLY PULL UP ON THE FRONT OF THE SEAT. THERE ARE TWO PANELS , ONE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AND ONE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE UNDER THE SEAT. THIS IS ALSO WHERE THE BATTERY IS LOCATED SO PLEASE CHECK FOR BATTERY CORROSION. I DOUBT THERE IS ANY BECAUSE THE BATTERY IS SEALED. GET YOUR OWNERS MANUAL AND LOOK UNDER FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS. THE THIRD PANEL IS LOCATED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE INSTRUTMENT PANEL. OPEN THE DRIVERS DOOR AND IT IS EASY TO LOCATE WHERE THE DOOR CLOSES TO THE DASH. GOOD LUCK. TAKE YOUR TIME AND GO SLOWLY.

It could be the light control module. That module is located on top of the steering column I think. Requires some disassembly to get to it.
