1996 Ciera, all screws holding driver's side mirror are removed (two on top of door under weatherstripping and two behind window channel rubber). Mirror assembly jiggles around but cannot get to the two stud-nuts attached to the mirror assembly to remove them. The holes through the metal door frame do not line up with the nuts, not even close. What am I missing? I'm about ready to break out the drill.
