Default 7a heads on a 77 350 block

Hello new to the site and newish to working on Olds. I have a 77 Cutlass that I had a buddy rebuild the original motor bore mild cam but has the crap smog heads on it. Just got my hands on a pair of 7a heads on an older 350 I picked up for a few hundred bucks. What steps do I need to take to get The 7a heads onto the 77 block in the car now? Not sure If they just swap or they are different size head bolts from research they seem to be different just trying to make sure I do the right steps in order here. Its 5 degrees out so not happening till it warms up have some time to figure it out. Already have trans built ,rear posi with 342s 4 wheel disc full headers stainless exhaust. Obviously going to have heads gone through by a shop but still have to find one near me. Just trying to find out what I can from my desk here. My buddy unfortunately isnt around to ask anymore.Drugs are bad. Thanks for the help.
