91 Calais Ignition coil & module replacem
#1
Hello all... Newbie here with sore forearms..
91 Cutlass Calais, 2.5l, manual tranny, very basic, no options....
Trying to remove ignition coil & module for replacment. Followed the GM Shop manual.. disconnect negative battery cable, remove wires, unbolt 3 bolts, pull straight out (being careful of crank position sensor).
Well, I tried for a little over two hours to pull straight out to no avail. The only thing I can think of is the o-ring on the crank sensor is fused to the block.
Any thoughts of how to remove it, short of using a crow bar...
Thanks,
Greg</>
