Replaced out my power-steering pump and I can not bleed-out all the air buildup that is in the system?? The pump even whins when running Idle, I lifted the front-end high on jacks, with the pump cap off and turned the wheel side to side, but the air build-up still present.. Am I jixed to this problem, is there another bleed method,or something is damaged in the rack system??
