I purchased a new gas tank and sending unit for my 69 cutlass. The new tank came with two vent lines on the tank and two lines off the sending unit. The old tank had one line off the sending unit and two lines off the tank, one line was connected to a vent tube and attached to the underside of the car, the other was not connected. The car does not have a charcoal canister. Could anyone tell me how to connect the new tank and sending unit. I can not send the parts back. Thanks

 

The sending unit should have a large and small line correct? The large line will be for the pick up. Just cap the other one off and you should be good to go.
