If you are only looking for Convience, go with the manifolds.
Much easier to install, and almost zero maintenance. Headers are always
much harder to install, and almost always require mods to some part of
the car. You also almost always have leakage problems with them, and
have to retighten them at intervals. They will be louder, but will
perform better.
It all depends on what look or sound you are looking for, and how
you plan on using the car. Driver, I would stay with the manifolds,
just a weekend cruiser, show car, or street strip car, then I would
lean towards headers. $$$$ is always an issue to consider.
