Toogle mirror adjustment on driver door panel has three cables that won't fit through the hole in door panel. Do I need to remove the cables at the outside mirror and then slide through door panel? Hoping there is some way to remove without unhooking mirror adjustment cables. 1965 Cutlass Thanks
