Angry 1990 Olds Delta 88.

I just pulled the motor to replace the transmission that went out. I did nothing to the motor, have put it back in, and now the car won't start. I checked, and I'm not getting spark to the spark plugs. What could be causing this? Any help would be really appreciated.

this could be any number of things. the ignition on these cars is pretty simple, so if you're not getting spark, I would start with all of the connections on the ignition module. It controls the coil packs, and hooks directly up with the computer. Also, did you knock out the crankshaft sensor? if the computer doesn't get a signal from it, it won't turn on the ignition. It's a place to start, and it's fairly cheap as far as parts are concerned.
