Hello everyone. I was hoping someone out there might have some suggestions for an issue I'm having with some of the panels in my doors. Next to the interior door handles, there is a plastic shroud that is mounted in the door panel. This shroud houses some switches (like the door lock buttons and manual door lock switch.)

I'm having an issue where those panels are coming loose and sort of popping out and hanging loosely. It looks extremely tacky and I'd like to fix them, but I don't know exactly what is supposed to hold them in place. Are there clips? Are they sealed in with some kind of epoxy or glue?

If anyone knows and could offer me some insight, I would be extremely grateful! The specific panels I'm talking about are referenced by part #2 in the diagram below.
