Hi from Sweden all, Can someone help me please.
I have just bought a 1979 Delta Royale 88 Diesel 5.7cc.
I drove it from England without problem.
used it a few days here in Sweden- then all of a sudden there is No power when I hit the gas pedal. no accelaration. and she doesnt change gear as it did i the begining.
She starts okay.
Can anyone advise me on the possible cause or causes please.

I didn't even know they made diesel models.
Could be a problem with your fuel pump? Check the fuses if you can.
The gas pedel it self could be the problem.

I'm not familar with diesel unfounently, and still have a lot to learn about cars in general.

 

check the fuel filter at the rear of the engine on the top its a bout 4" long x 2"x2",also the fuel pickup pipe in the fuel tank may be clogged, the fuel pump is at the front l h s check the flow from it on cranking the engine over
