hi anyone with a delta 88 in Edmonton or anyone with input for a 1979 delta 88 4-door royale on how to fix fender/quarterpanel rust issues or any other tips is welcome to please post. my plan is to paint it flat black with baby moonies and a very slight lift in the rearend. im have a lot of little fixes to do on the interior but my biggest worry is my wipers aren't working at the moment.
