Need help on 64 dynamic 88

Hi everyone. I am new to this site and recently inherited a 64 Olds Convertible Dynamic 88. It has not been driven in five years because of brake problems. I thought about doing a drum to disk conversion and putting in a new booster and master cylinder. I have called pretty much everyone and looked at all the posts I could find. No luck on the 64 Dynamic 88. If anyone has any experience on this car and input I would greatly appreciate it. I am not even sure I really need to convert the drums to disk, maybe a new master cylinder alone would do the trick.

I also want to lower the car as well. If anyone has any experience with that I sure could use some help. Not sure if putting lowering springs in would be ok or if I need to go with air bags. Big cost difference.

Oh yeah, last question, I have the 2 barrel carb and it is missing air cleaner assembly. I figured I would just put an after market assembly on it. The carb has a 3” top, no one has even heard of that. I guess start looking in junk yards. Thoughts?
