At 87.5 kMiles, was getting anti-freeze in oil; replaced intake manifold gasket and ran fine until 92Kmiles when started getting antifreeze in oil + bubbles into the overflow. What is the best way to insure that this is not a cracked cylinder block and is limited to head gasket or cylinder heads?

Pull the head and take a look.

you would have to SEVERELY overheat the engine to crack the block...ive never seen a block crack, except on high performance vehicles. i would bet head gasket
