Got a 1972 455 reman with j heads, was going to install a 871 blower on it but was told by BDS that my compression ratio is to high, this is a new reman engine and acording to the 180 psi compression test hes telling me Im running 11 to 1 which is to high to run pump gas, any advice on how to get my compression down to 9 to 1 or lower will be appreceated.
