Hello! I have a 90 Oldsmobile 98 Rengency Brougham. I am having problems with the battery staying charged. Once I charge the battery it stays charged for 3 days and then the battery is totally dead. Can you tell me why this happens? [img]smileys/smiley5.gif[/img]

 

I suggest replacing the battery. It may be caused by many short trips done daily. This short trips often reduce battery life.

 

try checking the alternator first.
maybe it need some maintenance cleaning or its carbon need to be replaced.
